He called for a new partnership between Parliament, regulators, and innovators, urging the crypto and DeFi sectors to engage policymakers directly rather than complain from the sidelines. “It’s not arrogance, it’s being uninformed. We need your help.” London still has the infrastructure, legal system, and talent to lead, but it must evolve from legacy confidence to digital competence.
